Heibloem 18 in Eersel This extraordinary villa is located in the picturesque village of Eersel in the lovely Brabant countryside. This exclusive property, built in 2022 on a spacious 5,500 m 2 plot, exudes pure luxury and rural charm.

Every aspect of this B&B has been well thought through, built and finished with the highest quality materials, the lush and fenced-in rear garden is a true paradise, complete with an ornamental pond and a swimming pond.

The location of the villa, in the middle of a sprawling plot, guarantees absolute privacy and provides the opportunity to completely unwind both indoors and out. Eersel, the capital of the municipality of the same name in the province of North Brabant, is located in the beautiful region of De Kempen.

Sports clubs, schools and idyllic outdoor cafés are less than 1 kilometre away, while there is also convenient access to the national road network: the A67 towards Eindhoven and Antwerp is just a few minutes’ drive away.

Outside This unique B&B is beautifully situated on a spacious plot spanning 5,500 m 2, with the entire surrounding garden carefully designed by garden architect Fons Linders.

The garden is tastefully arranged with lovely flowerbeds, carefully selected plants and a large lawn. Here you will find a variety of both mature and young trees, providing a lush green environment. There is also an extensive pond extending to both the front and rear sides of the proper ty. This unique design creates a commanding appearance for this pond.

At the rear of the property your free to use, there is a natural swimming pond with a private beach and jetty.

The entire garden is equipped with Wi-Fi points, allowing you to effortlessly enjoy wireless connectivity anywhere in the outdoor space. This ensures seamless internet access, even when outdoors.

The guest house, also referred to as assisted living facilities, is fully equipped. It offers a lovely living room with an open-plan kitchen, including a combination oven, dishwasher and fridge.

The bathroom with shower and fitted washbasin is on the ground floor and there is also a separate toilet.
